Delivery 

1st Class Delivery

All orders of items in stock placed before 4pm will usually be dispatched the same day. All orders containing items out of stock will result in a member of the team contacting the customer to discuss their options. Substitutions may be offered to ensure the order leaves the same day. Back Orders are also offered and are nearly always dispatched within 48 hours. All orders are sent 1st class and the customer has the option to select ‘signed for’ at checkout.

Special Delivery

All orders of items in stock placed before 3pm will dispatch the same day and are guaranteed to be delivered the next working day. All orders containing items out of stock will result in a member of the team contacting the customer to discuss their options. Substitutions may be offered to ensure the order leaves the same day. Backorders are sometimes offered and nearly always dispatched within 48 hours. Orders are sent Special Delivery.

Free delivery when you spend £30 or more

FREE 1st Class delivery is available on all orders worth £30 or more. Upgrade to ‘signed for’ delivery for only £1.

How does Same Day Delivery work?

The current postcode list with order cut off times are shown below. Unless specified, the cut-off time for Same Day delivery is 2pm. Any orders placed after cut-off times will be delivered at the earliest opportunity the next day*.

This service is available 5 days a week for all areas – Mon-Fri. Sign up for our newsletter for regular updates on changes to the delivery options we offer.

We aim to deliver all parcels by 6pm but it can sometimes be later.

If you have an address that is particularly hard to find, please provide instructions via the order notes when you order.

All orders for items in stock, placed before cut-off Monday to Friday to the following Post Codes will be delivered the Same Day. Orders placed after cut-off on Friday and before cut-off on Monday will be delivered on Monday.

PO1 – PO11 Post Codes

Orders placed after 2pm* will be dispatched the following working day (Mon – Fri)
All areas have a 2pm cut off
